Welcome to MBN Solutions
Sonya worked in a large construction firm for 8 years. As a woman in construction, she faced many challenges regarding conflict management especially because the industry is predominantly male-driven.
As a woman, Sonya felt the need to develop a variety of skills to not only work with employees, peers, clients and suppliers. Being outcome-focused instead of the need to always be right was an important part of her personality needed to do daily work.
No matter what the situation is, people choose to do what is right for them and at MBN Solutions we believe we should respect people for their choices.
After many years in the workforce, Sonya decided that she wanted to explore other options with her life. She felt a need to grow as an individual and expand on her natural ability to resolve conflict.
She learnt valuable lessons in the construction industry and felt the pull to help others, to help others find clarity and peace in conflict resolution.
She wanted to make a difference in the lives of people around her and help people find peace.
Everyone deserves to feel heard and feel there is a solution even if they don’t fully know where to start.
